ACCC® conductor is produced with the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Quality is integrated into every operation. CTC Cable’s Irvine operations are certified for ISO 9001:2008 by Intertek for ANAB.
All ACCC® products are manufactured with complete traceability of material components and fully tested prior to leaving the factory. Each reel of completed composite core is shipped with a Certified Test Report listing the tests successfully completed and providing lot traceability.
All stranding sources are rigorously audited by CTC Cable Quality Assurance organization and must comply with ISO 9001:2008 practices. Stranding sources must gain a successful Quality Assurance audit report and pass thorough testing and characterization of stranded conductor by CTC Cable and independent laboratories.
